With the family contact's explicit consent, the service collects concierge-profile data needed to arrange rides reliably: seniors' names and contact details, family relationships and familiar relationship terms, home and saved destination addresses (including doctor and pharmacy locations), recurring appointment or ride details, accessibility notes such as walker use or a preferred entrance, and escalation preferences.

This information is used only to understand family ride requests, prepare the correct pickup and destination details, communicate ride updates, and surface relevant assistance notes to the operator and ride provider. This non-medical concierge is not a health-care provider and does not monitor emergencies. Call 911 for emergencies.
